All orders placed with Keimod constitutes the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed below.

We accept PayPal ( Visa/Master Card, American Express and Discover Card ) . We also accept Western Union Transfer.
|Paypal (preferred) - Simply select the Paypal payment method to complete the order online. The shopping cart will bring you to the Paypal payment page once you have completed entering your billing details and shipping details on the checkout page. In the Paypal page you can use your credit card (Visa or MasterCard), American Express Cards and Discover cards or balance in your paypal account or bank account transfer (E-Check) to complete the payment. Please note, orders paid via Paypal using E-Check will not be processed until the E-Check is cleared.|
We can only ship the order to the address we receive with your Paypal notices. To ensure prompt delivery, please have your paypal account verified and preferably to have your shipping address confirmed before payment. Delivery to the Unconfirmed shipping address may be subject to delay. For all credit card orders, charge card orders or debit card orders, there is no service surcharge.

All merchandises shall remain the property of Keimod until paid for in full. All prices, materials, designs, and specifications are subjected to change without notice.
Under Hong Kong law, we are not required to charge any sales tax on all orders shipped. No sales tax is charged.
All complete, ready-to-ship, verified, and approved orders will be shipped within 1 ~ 2 business days. Email notifications will confirm and advise you the status of your order. Our Automated Order Status Site will allow you to check the status of your order once it has been processed.
All items will be shipped according to availability. While we do try to maintain a full inventory of items on our web site, in the event an item you wish to order is not in stock, you will not be able to complete your checkout and the system will inform you which are the out of stock items. You will need to remove the out of stock items to complete the checkout. In the unlikely event that something you bought becomes out of stock or due to some unforeseen circumstances are not available, we will email you to inform you of this. If items are not readily available, we will try our best to expedite all orders as quickly as possible. Keimod will not be held responsible for long delays beyond our control. We only charge a shipping charge once per order and will not charge you twice for orders containing backorders.
If an item is not in stock, we will hold a Back Order for you and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. If we experience a long delay, we will advise you of that fact. If you do not wish to wait for back ordered items, we will cancel the items you requested upon receiving instructions to do so.
Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be generally permitted. If an item has not shipped, requests to cancel your order can be accepted by calling customer support at (852) 90489316 or by emailing us thru contact us form. If an item has shipped, you might request to cancel your order within a 7 business day cancellation period from the day of purchase, subject to the restocking fee. The products must be never opened or used and must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely. Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws / fasteners or seals. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all closed box returns (per unit). Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you.

All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other Keimod articles are subject to change. Keimod maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site, Keimod reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion.
All items are bought in new factory condition. Keimod accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, Keimod cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs not completed by manufacturer. We also cannot be held directly responsible for quality issues of equipment, change in product appearances or spares provide by the manufacturers which are listed on our shopping cart. All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption by our customers and are not intended for resale. Keimod, employees, and associates are not liable for any damage or personal injury caused from any products sold or given by Keimod, employees, and associates. Keimod reserves the right to change our return, shipping, cancellation, and any policy at any time for any reason.
