This is the Futaba BLS351 Brushless Digital High Torque Metal Gear Servo. BLS351 is designed primarily for steering applications in 1/8 scale nitro or electric cars.

REMARKS: The BLS351 is designed for high torque/high speed applications. Very high current drain is normal at startup. Always use a 4.8V or 6.0V NiCd battery for best performance.
